The Job Manufacturing Employee Support: Support approximately 150 hourly manufacturing employees in organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR special projects. Business Partner: Align with the team’s people strategy and business strategy, serve as a trusted advisor and activator within talent management, organizational design, matrixed org partnership, development needs, and more. Project Planning & Execution: Communicate and execute corporate initiatives, programs, and projects; work cohesively with all functional organizations to deliver expected results consistently. Change Management: Act as a change agent and partner to the business to implement processes and approaches that prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation, improving organizational efficiency. Strategy & Implementation: Lead strategy for process and HR data improvement initiatives; use HR data to identify areas for standardization and automation. Organizational Design: Lead and partner on organizational structure and alignment that promotes efficiency and collaboration. The Person Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources; an advanced degree in Human Resource Management and a SHRM certification is a plus. 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on business partnering, coaching, progressive org development, employee relations, and operational HR excellence. Previous experience working in a manufacturing/distribution center is required. Must demonstrate flexibility, agility, and resilience to thrive on change and competing priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills. Workday experience preferred. Grit to Win mentality. Additional qualifications: at least 2+ years of progressive HR generalist responsibility; ability to analyze and present data to leadership; consultative approach; customer focused; strong follow‑up and organizational skills; ability to work in an ever‑changing environment; experience fostering collaborative relationships with business partners; project management skills; resourcefulness; professional demeanor; strong business acumen; familiarity with Workday and ADP or similar HR systems; ability to operate ambiguously with little direction; self‑motivation; healthy sense of humor. Salary Salary range: $77,600.00 – $124,900.00. This range may vary based on job level, location, and experience. Salary is one component of total rewards.
