Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Order Administrator to effectively handle incoming customer telephone calls for the placement of orders for aircraft spares, exchange components, special tools, and equipment. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with Technical Services to assist customers in selecting the correct part numbers and process customer orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming customer calls for AOG orders.
• Assist customers in selecting the correct part number by coordinating with Technical Services.
• Enter order information into SAP CRM and process orders for warehouse shipment.
• Provide customers with shipping information and delivery schedules for back-ordered items.
• Advise customers of status changes on back orders and expedite shipments upon receipt of items.
• Provide price and availability information for aircraft spares, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling of AOG requests from service ticket creation to closure with continuous communication.
• Collaborate with offices and utilize available resources to ensure effective customer support.

Essential Skills

• Customer service experience.
• Experience in aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of pricing, orders, materials, shipping, and warranty processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems.
• Order entry and inbound call handling skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Professional demeanor and good phone presence.
• Prior experience in customer service or related administrative support roles.

Work Environment

Work in a small call center/office environment with standard business hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
