SCPFO Procurement Analyst

Procurement Support SpecialistSupports Procurement Consultants, Procurement Specialists, and Category Managers in the execution of sourcing and contracting initiatives. Responsible for supporting analytical work related to spend analytics, market complexity, data collection, performance metrics, risk considerations, pricing, total cost of ownership, demand planning, and reporting. Assists with sourcing strategy development, decision-making, and contract negotiations, and may lead less complex sourcing activities.Day To Day:Support sourcing and contracting initiatives by partnering with Procurement Consultants, Specialists, and Category Managers.Conduct market research and analyze supplier performance metrics to support sourcing strategies and supplier decisions.Perform spend analysis and review prior contracts to assist with contract negotiations and sourcing decisions.Develop and utilize pricing and total cost of ownership models to support procurement activities.Build, maintain, and streamline reports and bid analysis tools.Communicate research findings and recommendations to Supply Chain, Procurement, Fleet Operations, and business partners.Collaborate with internal teams, centers of excellence, service centers, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and resolve recurring issues.
