Manager, Consolidations & Business Ventures

We have partnered with a client on their search for a Manager, Consolidations & Business Ventures with minority and majority interest experience. This Manager, Consolidations & Business Ventures will oversee the company’s financial consolidation process while supporting strategic business initiatives, acquisitions, and new venture activities. As the Manager Consolidation and Analysis, you will oversee the consolidated financial close process, assist with special transactions, prepare financial reports, draft annual financial statements, prepare cash flow statement analysis, develop and implement internal controls over financial reporting, and manage the month end close process. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven knowledge with large ERP and consolidation systems, strong analytical & leadership skills, and the ability to research and interpret accounting guidance.· Prepare monthly income statements· Manage the month end close process· Handle financial research efforts and conclusions· Perform strategic financial analysis· Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations · Generate statutory reports· Coordinate financial reporting components of the external audit· Manage internal controls· Assist with capital market transactions· Ad hoc projects as requested
