Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on helping clients enhance their finance function and organizational structure by analyzing current finance operating models, identifying gaps, and designing solutions to improve processes and roles.As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action. Your role involves crafting clear, impactful messages and directing teams through challenging situations. You will deepen your skills, initiate open coaching conversations, and make decisions to resolve issues affecting team effectiveness.In this role, you will provide guidance on finance transformation initiatives, change management, and talent development to align the finance function with strategic objectives. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
