About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a key executive partner to the CEO, driving strategic expansion, commercial growth, and operational transformation. This high-visibility leadership role requires a professional with a strong background in financial leadership, particularly in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, biotech, or MedAesthetics industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning long-term business strategy with financial execution, leading a large team of finance, accounting, supply chain, and technology professionals, and overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including M&A strategy, investor relations, and global market expansions. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with a proven track record in high-growth enterprises. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to provide financial guidance for global market expansions and to drive operational efficiencies across complex supply chains. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership style, experience in managing co-manufacturing relationships, and a strong background in supporting marketing and commercial sales finance. Global entity experience and a background in navigating cloud-based enterprise systems are also essential. The CFO will be expected to ensure stringent financial controls, regulatory compliance, and to establish key operational performance metrics that align with the company's financial targets.
