We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Staffing Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This position offers an engaging environment where your recruiting skills will directly impact our company's growth and success. Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal hiring initiatives. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media management tools, HRIS systems like Workday or UltiPro, and applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or Taleo. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization. Negotiate employment offers and employment contracts while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management advice. Utilize cold calling techniques for lead generation and talent pipelining to maintain a robust candidate pool. #J-18808-Ljbffr
