Production Planner

The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a "Production Planner" for a top leading materials science organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule production work centers to meet customer demand and improve operational efficiency.Monitor production output and adjust schedules to support on-time delivery.Procure materials and communicate forecast requirements with suppliers.Collaborate with planning, engineering, and operations teams and participate in tier meetings.Partner with the business to understand customer requirements and forecasts.Manage and optimize planning parameters, production capacity, and inventory levels.Identify, resolve, and escalate production constraints as needed.Manage non-working inventory and support continuous improvement efforts.QualificationsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.Experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory, or supply chain preferred.ERP/MRP system experience preferred.Additional Details:Location: New Ulm, MNPosition Type: 12 months contractPay rate approved: $25-28/hr. on W2 depending on experienceMust be authorized to work in the United States.APPLY NOW!
