Must-Have Skills:
- IBM ODM / Operational Decision Manager Strong hands-on
- Java 8+
- Rules Engine / Business Rules development
- Spring Boot & Spring Core
- Hibernate
- Microservices
- Technical Lead experience
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
Healthcare Experience: Strong preference for US Healthcare , particularly Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and/or clinical data such as medications, orders and labs.
Good to Have: Kafka, Elasticsearch, Jenkins, Git, Jira and Agile.
