Missions Of The Position

We are looking for an intern to support the structuring and continuation of the implementation of Health, Occupational Safety and Environment processes within the two manufacturing sites in Chavanod (74) and Crolles (38) as well as the tertiary and R&D site also located in Crolles (38).

Within the QHSE team, your missions will be as follows:

• Support the structuring of the Health, Occupational Safety and Environment organization
• Support the formalization of Health, Occupational Safety and Environment processes in liaison with other departments (HR, Purchasing, Methods, R&D, Telesurveillance, etc.)
• Participate in the management of these processes with different departments by implementing and monitoring the action plans involved.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the Annual Program for Prevention of Occupational Risks and Improvement of Working Conditions (PAPRIPACT)
• Carry out the annual analysis of the criteria for arduousness and high-risk positions.
• Perform regulatory monitoring for the 4 sites.
• Monitor and support the HSE relays in the implementation of Periodic General Inspections

• Support the management of chemical, professional and environmental risk assessments
• Maintain up-to-date chemical risk assessments on the Crolles (38) and Chavanod (73) sites using the INRS SEIRICH software, work on the feasibility of substituting CMR products, monitor PELs, validate and control the effective use of PPE.
• Identify dangerous situations in connection with manufacturing or research processes in order to formalize and update the assessment of professional risks on the Isère buildings and on the Annecy site.
• Implement the Health, Occupational Safety and Environment organization to welcome external customer companies carrying out measurements on our technical equipment (anechoic chamber, fume tunnels, etc.)
• Manage the action plans for Health, Occupational Safety and Environment resulting from the assessments of occupational and environmental risks with teams and managers
• Implement a periodic organization for the follow-up of these action plans with managers

• Improve Health, Occupational Safety and Environment communication at all levels of the Company
• Improve field reports by participating in the periodic organization of the detection of dangerous situations in place (Anomaly and malfunction order, HSE gemba walks, HSE audits on workshops)
• Develop the process of sensitization to occupational safety and environment with the creation of sensitization modules, animations of Safety talks, creation of health communication supports in production workshops, laboratories and tertiary spaces.
• Participate in the updating of Health, Occupational Safety and Environment indicators delivered monthly to the Management Committee

The Profile We Are Looking For

• You are following a higher education course leading to a degree of type Bac +5 in Health, Occupational Safety and Environment.
• Your curriculum has given you the basics of prevention of chemical and professional risks (Bachelor in Industrial Risk Prevention or any other similar training in Health, Occupational Safety and Environment).
• You have knowledge of the methodology for assessing professional risks .
• Mastery of the SEIRICH and Memory Flow software would be a plus.
• You are comfortable with the Office Pack .
• Intermediate level of English
