Community Physicians in Bolingbrook, IL is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our structured Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physiatry Program. This is a full-time position where you will directly support a board-certified physiatrist in providing comprehensive care to post-acute patients. The ideal candidate will have national certification and experience in physiatry or geriatrics, offering a chance to influence therapy strategies and improve patient outcomes.
