Infiniti of AlbuquerqueAlbuquerque, NM Job Summary The Detail Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the detail department, ensuring vehicles meet Infiniti quality standards, and supporting on-time delivery for sales and service customers. This role requires hands‑on leadership, strong organization, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the detailing department Maintain Infiniti luxury‑quality appearance standards for all vehicles Schedule and prioritize detailing workflow for Sales and Service Perform quality control inspections on completed vehicles Train, coach, and supervise detail staff Maintain inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate effectively with Sales Managers, Service Advisors, and leadership Assist with hands‑on detailing as needed Qualifications Automotive detailing experience required Prior supervisory or management experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to manage time, workflow, and personnel effectively Ability to stand, bend, and work outdoors or in shop conditions Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Compensation Competitive hourly or piece‑rate pay structure Compensation based on experience and performance Schedule Full‑time Day shift Weekend availability may be required Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Growth opportunities within a growing dealership group Work Location In person Infiniti of Albuquerque – Albuquerque, NM #J-18808-Ljbffr Neier Inc.
