Packager All Shifts | Fast-Growing Food Production Team

Join a rapidly expanding, family-oriented food production company where Utility Operators, Machine Operators, and Packagers play a critical role in keeping high-volume lines running smoothly. These hands-on positions offer stable work, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

You'll work in a food-grade facility with temperatures reaching up to 100F, wearing company-provided protective gear (gown, hair net, beard net if applicable).

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging Operations Palletize, pack finished goods, verify counts, and ensure accurate labeling
• Machine Operation Perform setups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to maintain flow
• Utility Support Deliver materials to the line, monitor metal detectors, document production data, and assist line leads
• Quality & Safety Verify weights, counts, and product quality while maintaining hygiene and safety standards
• Documentation Record job times, waste, serial numbers, pallet counts, and ERP entries (PLEX)
• Team Coordination Assist with break schedules, communicate production needs, and support operators

Essential Skills & Requirements

• 12 years production or machine operation experience
• Ability to perform setups and adjustments
• Basic computer skills for ERP data entry
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push up to 30 lbs
• Basic English or Spanish communication
• Comfort working in high heat up to 100F
• Reliable attendance and willingness to grow

Preferred Experience

• Food manufacturing or bakery production
• Machine operation or packaging line experience
• Familiarity with metal detectors and scales

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
