They build personal relationships, monitor progress, and are essential to our growth. Job Summary Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes. Maximize client retention through excellent coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Modify movements to suit individuals, teach proper form, and ensure safety. Responsibilities Create a motivating environment for athletes Maximize retention via outstanding service Adapt exercises for individuals Focus on proper technique to reduce injury risk Qualifications Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification At least one NCCA-accredited certification Minimum 1 year strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
