About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will be responsible for providing various personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also be expected to provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a sense of connection and community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as transferring, ambulating, and positioning
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a sense of connection and community
• Document patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients
