You'll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line. What You'll Do

• Connect with customers and uncover what they're looking for
• Recommend products and solutions that fit their style, needs, and budget
• Guide customers through the entire sales process — from first conversation to closing
• Follow up with customers and build relationships that keep them coming back
• Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and new collections
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we'll teach you the furniture business
• Someone who is confident, personable, and comfortable talking to just about anyone
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset
• Someone who enjoys learning and isn't afraid to ask questions
• An appreciation for style, design, and creating a great customer experience
