Otolaryngologist (ENT Surgeon) Acclaim Health / JPS Health Network Location: Fort Worth, Texas Position Summary Acclaim Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our established and collegial ENT team at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas. This position emphasizes a balanced, sustainable clinical practice within a supportive, physician-led environment. The role is well suited for surgeons who value worklife balance, predictable scheduling, strong collegial relationships, and reliable access to the operating room, while practicing comprehensive otolaryngology in a modern, well-resourced health system. Both early-career physicians seeking mentorship and experienced surgeons looking for long-term stability will find this opportunity attractive. General otolaryngologists and subspecialist applications are welcome. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in both outpatient and surgical settings Opportunity for sub-specialty focus is present Perform a broad range of elective ENT surgical procedure Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a respectful, professional environment Supervise and work alongside experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Participate in shared, compensated call coverage as outlined above Engage in teaching or academic activities as desired (not required)
