Quality Control Inspector - $18.96/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a quality control inspector for a local boat trailer manufacturer in Maryville, TN.

Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:

Review builds sheets to verify that all trailer specifications have been met and that the assembled parts are correct
Inspect, test, or measure products for conformance to specifications using measuring tools
Document defects; update and maintain the Quality Reporting System
Communicate quality issues to management or department head as necessary
Provide recommendations for correction, repair, to revision
Tag trailers with missing parts or defects using a company color-code system
Adjust, clean, or repair products or processing equipment to correct defects found during inspections
Disassemble defective parts or components
Ensure all actions are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Complete all other duties and cross-training activities as assigned

Quality Control Inspector Qualifications:

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Lift objects up to 50lbs
Bend, crouch, and lift

Quality Control Inspector Shift:

Friday -Sunday 6am-6:30pm
Full-time
