We’re hiring a people-oriented Customer Account Representative to engage customers face-to-face, open new accounts, provide sales/customer service, ensure satisfaction, and support long-term retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of sales contact for new customer accounts
• Resolve inquiries quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate account information and documentation
• Provide product and service knowledge to customers for a pleasant sales experience

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers
• Prior account management or customer service experience is a plus
