Schedule This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM–6:00/6:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, with some flexible onboarding hours during the first month. Day As our Front Office Clinical Assistant, you'll start each day preparing for patient visits, managing charts, and supporting smooth check-in and check-out processes while assisting doctors during exams, educating patients on devices and supplements, and moving seamlessly between front office and clinical duties, preparing charts to ensure the practice runs efficiently and patients feel cared for every step of the way. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills Ability to perform well and stay calm under pressure Experience in healthcare (optical, dental, veterinary, podiatry, medical offices) or high-paced service roles such as serving or bartending is preferred.
