Our Team Members make it happen! Team Members are the face of our business and the Smoothie King Brand. They help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping select smoothies and retail products that inspire our Guests to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Our competitive pay begins at $9.00/hour for this part-time role.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEthics and ValuesFosters an environment of Team WorkRings up orders and handles paymentGuest FocusIs responsible for product and Guest Service experienceGreets and engages with the Guest to provide a friendly experienceEnsures our Guests' purposes are met when smoothies are orderedBlends smoothie according to the recipe ticket for a consistent tasteInterpersonal Savvy Is able to concisely communicate details about Smoothie King products and information to all GuestsCommunicates with fellow Team Members and Managers in a positive mannerPatience Is eager to help Guests make a selection when Guests express difficulty with ordering or selecting a smoothie Remains calm with fellow Team Members and Guests during high-volume timesPerseveranceCompletes daily checklist dutiesIs open to feedback from Team Members, Shift Leads, and/or Managers, then practices and perfects task(s)Approaches tasks with a positive attitudeTime ManagementShows up on time for workBalances personal life without interference to their work scheduleESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSWork safely in an environment that includes exposure to a variety of fresh, dried, and/or frozen products, and powdered substances, including, but not limited to, strawberries, bananas, peanuts, tree nuts (such as almonds), milk, soy, proteins, trains, and spicesFollow all store procedures, including dress code requirements and food‑safety regulations, to maintain a clean environmentOperate a blender and POS cashier systemMove boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the storePosition yourself to bend, reach, and scoop through assigned shiftsWork in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40&degree;F to - 10&degree;FNote: Your job duties are not limited by this job description.
