Role Scope

Coordinate a complete, traceable response to the NYC ground-scanning RFI and keep technical claims aligned with source requirements.

The RFI concerns a secure 3D data-sharing platform for built and natural underground assets, including water and sewer pipes, gas lines, electrical conduits, fiber-optic cables, and soil composition. Responses must address feasible sensing, data-integration, accuracy, security, and operating approaches without presenting the notice as an awarded implementation contract.

FuntoNetwork is seeking a 3D Underground RFI Response Manager for upcoming project opportunity: New York City Office of Technology and Innovation .

Core Responsibilities

Map the NYC underground-infrastructure scanning research market-research questions to the requested capabilities.
Identify technical contributors for the NYC underground-infrastructure scanning research response topics.
Collect evidence of experience relevant to NYC underground-infrastructure scanning research.
Separate supported NYC underground-infrastructure scanning research capability claims from assumptions.
Gather technical approaches addressing the NYC underground-infrastructure scanning research questions.
Compare the constraints and limitations of proposed NYC underground-infrastructure scanning research approaches.
Identify unanswered NYC underground-infrastructure scanning research questions requiring clarification.
Integrate the supported NYC underground-infrastructure scanning research findings into the response narrative.
Check each material NYC underground-infrastructure scanning research statement against its supporting source.
Prepare the reviewed NYC underground-infrastructure scanning research market-information response without implying an awarded implementation.
