Role Description
We are currently searching for a Lead Salesforce Platform Developer:
- Lead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions.
- Build and implement Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding, RAG, and custom agent actions.
- Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including ingestion, modeling, and activation.
- Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
- Own delivery across the SDLC: design, build, test, deploy, and production support.
- Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce core platform.
- Proven experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases.
- Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments.
- Experience as a Tech Lead handling design ownership, code reviews, and team guidance.
- Comfortable working in Agile delivery models.
- Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce core platform.

- Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments.
