Must-Have:

• Experience in Neurosurgery
• Experience in Spine Surgery
• Experience in Complex Orthopedic/Orthopedic Spine Surgery
• Experience in Complex General Surgery, including Bariatric Surgery
• Level I Trauma experience preferred

Description: This is a variable shift position. Actual shifts may vary from 8, 10, to 12 hours, starting and ending between 06:30 and 23:30. Weekends and holidays may be required. Call hours are M-F from 21:00 to 06:30 and on weekends from 06:30 to 19:00 or 18:30 to 07:00. Prior travel experience is preferred. Candidates must have experience in trauma and neuro cases. Candidates will be expected to perform specialized procedures such as craniotomies and spinal fusions. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of OR Surgical Tech experience. Experience in ENT, GU, plastics, and burns is preferred. Candidates must possess skills for various surgical procedures as needed. It is essential to maintain competency in OR instrumentation due to the complexity and variability of procedures. An additional six months of experience beyond the required years may be needed for full competency. Compliance with credentialing procedures is required. References from previous roles are necessary, with at least one from a manager or supervisor. All candidates must complete fingerprinting as part of the credentialing process.
