Assistant Controller

We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our team in Medina, OH. This role will support the Controller in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This position is well-suited for someone who is comfortable being hands-on, understands the close process in detail, and can help maintain structure while also improving how things are done. Responsibilities Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules Maintain general ledger integrity and oversee account reconciliations Support the development and enforcement of internal controls Work with external auditors during audit cycles Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Help identify and implement process improvements within accounting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience supporting close processes and audits Comfortable working in a hands-on environment CPA or working toward certification is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
