The Senior Specialist, I Customer Service will be responsible for managing all aspects related to SAP’s S4H Order to Cash as ASM’s focal point of contact. The ability to interface with internal and external customers is critical in this role supporting cross functional departments to balance workload amongst the USA based team. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and act as the focal point of contact for SAP S/4H Order to Cash processes. Interface with internal and external customers and support cross-functional departments to balance workload for the USA-based team. Manage order entry, order acknowledgement, and tracking of shipments; ensure data integrity and timeliness to satisfy business requirements. Monitor material allocations and comply with open customer commits, ensuring they are closed in a timely manner based on business needs. Assist with travel as needed to customer sites and support flexible hours to meet ASM’s global business requirements. Utilize systems and applications such as SAP S/4H, SharePoint, MS Office (including MS Teams), and customer-specific portal software. Qualifications Experience 5–10 years of customer service within a high-tech environment preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or accounting preferred. Skills Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros). SAP proficiency with understanding of ERP/MRP required. Experience in Sales & Distribution and/or Materials Management SAP modules required. Understanding of Customer Service processes (order management, inventory reconciliations, invoicing). Ability to lead and drive customer interactions with effective outcomes in difficult situations. High sense of urgency and ability to escalate to proper stakeholders. Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and work autonomously. Ability to work effectively in a team and remain flexible in approach and schedule. Job Details Supports safety-first culture throughout all functions performed. Spares Ordering/Processing: Urgent customer order expedites; consignment replenishment; verifies and tracks customer backorders; follow all ASM and customer processes (e.g., RMA, FA); ensures 100% accuracy on billing amounts to be invoiced, including processing of credits/debits. Generates and provides weekly/monthly reports for customer on-time delivery. Collaborates with Global Planners to adjust stocking levels as required to support customer demand.
