Duties include coaching and mentoring technicians, ordering materials and equipment, monitoring project financials, traveling to field sites 70%-80% of the time, overseeing fire alarm installation projects in a fast paced environment, ensuring safety and compliance, maintaining schedules, tracking hours, collaborating with operations, providing project status updates, conducting safety walkthroughs and EHS evaluations, assisting with interview/evaluation of employees and apprentices, developing business strategies, implementing action plans, setting goals and objectives, communicating expectations, reviewing performance, attending construction meetings, and interfacing with end‑users, architects, and general contractors. Qualifications 5-10 years of management experience in Fire Alarm Installation within the commercial industry Certifications in Fire Alarm, Access Controls, and CCTV Preferred NICET Certification, license 3 or greater Project Management experience Estimating experience Knowledge of P&L Experience or knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products Good written and oral communication skills Proficiency in personal computer use and operating systems such as Windows 7/XP/NT/2000 Compensation HIRING SALARY RANGE: $78,000 to $134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
