We are seeking experienced, member-driven candidates with leadership experience and a sales-and-service mentality, for the position of Branch Manager in our Quantico (VA) Branch.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day branch operations, including leading, training, coaching, and directing staff and ensuring excellent member service.

Key Job Functions:

• Responsible for retaining, maintaining, and expanding existing member relationships, securing new member relationships, and business development to increase growth in the branch's local market.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial products and services, as well as all aspects of consumer lending and collection practices.
• The ability to think analytically, provide excellent member service, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment with effective written and verbal communication skills is required as this position will engage with vendors, members, and employees at all levels of the Credit Union.

• Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Three to five years of similar or related experience, preferably in a banking or credit union environment
• A two-year college degree; or completion of a specialized certification or licensing; or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors; or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program
• Must be able to obtain multiple security clearances in order to gain access to the various branches
• Symitar and Meridian Link experience are a plus

Compensation ranges are based on market data that enables Justice Federal Credit Union to remain competitive with other credit unions of similar asset size.
