Job Title: Senior Specialist, Plant Finance Job Description: The Role: We are seekingaSenior Specialistto join our team to help supportsitesin Danbury, CT, Aurora, IL, Green Bay, WI, Billerica/Bedford, Ambler, Riegelwood, Toronto, and Chaska. The SeniorSpecialistprovides financial decision support for the assigned manufacturing plants and is a key business partner to Plant Management in the Materials Solutions(MS) Division. The individual's responsibilities are to assist in the maintenance of the plant cost accounting processes and to provide operational/cost accounting analysis in support of plant operations. This position will report to the Plant Finance Lead. WhatYou'llDo: Analyze,understandand interpret financial results; provide insightful and actionable feedback/recommendations for management inidentifyingopportunities for improvement. Supportmonthly/annualforecasting/budgeting; Ensure the plant financial forecasts and budgets are aligned with Operational,MSDivision and Corporate goals; Support the establishment ofstandard costing rates and partner with Operations to update material cost, BOM and routings for cost roll; Support and review proposedproductivity projects; Review/explainmanufacturingvariances; Business/Operationsdecisionsupportthrough analysis; Providetimelyplant results and drive accountability; Complete month end close tasks ensuring that financial statements related to the Plantsare properlystatedand conform togenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP), including inventory valuations and reserve amounts; Provide financial education/training and guidance to non-finance employees. Travel What We Seek: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financewith 3-5years experience; Financialmodeling andanalysis experience; Cost accounting knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; Knowledgeofgenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP) and internal control concepts; Strong analytical andproblem solvingskills; Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic global environment; Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude; Proficient SAP,Exceland PowerPoint skills; Business Objects and/or SAP BPC a plus; Strong communicationskills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis tonon-financial business partners. OutstandingCandidatesWillHave: Strong communicationskills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; Successful business partnership with site, business unit and division leadership through forecast/budget alignment,timelycommunication of financial results/risks/opportunities and adhoc analyses/modeling support; Open to travel to other Entegris sites Demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement through identification, vetting, and tracking of improvement projects.
