The Insurance Center is currently seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to work in our New Bern, Atlantic Beach or Wilmington, NC office. This is a client service role with significant advancement opportunities and pathways to sales and production. (must be able to be attained within 90 days of hire)/liliPrior experience working within the Insurance Industry preferred./liliApplied Epic knowledge preferred./liliStrong customer service and communication skills./liliAbility to build client relationships./liliEffective time management skills, willingness to learn, and be coachable./liliProficient computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook./li/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliAssisting clients with a variety of insurance applications and policies./liliIssuing policies/binders, processing policy change requests, and processing payments./liliAssisting clients with quotes, renewals, and re-writes./liliPrepare Proof of Insurance and issuing Certificates of Insurance./liliBuild and maintain relationships with clients and teammates./liliProvide support to Commercial Lines Producers./liliUtilize the Agency Management System to document all activity performed and log insured and carrier correspondence./liliAccept and process insured payments, respond to billing/cancellation inquiries and process cancellations./liliProvide backup support, such as answering incoming calls, and other administrative work as needed./liliSend documentation to insureds to obtain signatures (including eSignatures), in a timely fashion, and maintain in Agency Management System or within carrier systems./liliAdhere to Agency Errors Omissions guidelines./li/ulpCompensation and Benefits:/pulliStarting pay at $48,000 /yr./liliPay based on experience./liliSales Commission and Bonuses available/li/ululliFULLY PAID Health and Dental Insurance immediately upon hire./lili401k with employer match/liliPaid time off (PTO) and Paid Holidays/liliPaid coursework, exam fees and continuing education for PC Licensure./li/ul/div
