Warehouse Order Pickers

Bilingual Order PickerWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Order Picker to join our client's warehouse team in Kearny, NJ. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, must have their own car, and be experienced working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires hands-on experience operating a ride-along pallet jack to accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment. Experience using RF scanners is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to following warehouse safety and quality standards.Temp to permanent opportunity for long term employment.Key ResponsibilitiesPick orders using a ride-along forklift (walkie rider) – must have experienceAccurately select products from inventory using pick tickets or electronic orders with an RF scanner (training available)Locate products and verify item codes, quantities, and descriptionsPack and label orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handlingOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaAssist with inventory counts and restocking as neededCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and SpanishFollow all warehouse safety guidelines and proceduresQualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish (required)High school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience using RF scanners in a warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periodsPrevious warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWork EnvironmentIndoor warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperaturesPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be requiredMust be comfortable using handheld electronic devices such as RF scannersHours of OperationNormal hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.Overtime required as neededWeekend work is rare (approximately twice per year)
