Pay: $66,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Job description: Brooklyn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is expanding and looking for an Experienced Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our high-performing team. Competitive annual pay $66,000 – $125,000 (DOE & bonus potential) Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO Opportunity to work with a high-volume, reputable Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership Professional growth, factory training, and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-driven culture in a modern dealership environment Your Role & Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the service process Greet customers in person or by phone, schedule appointments, and ensure timely vehicle diagnosis Clearly explain recommended services, repairs, and associated costs Maintain strong communication between customers and technicians to ensure smooth workflow Generate repair orders, invoices, and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards Educate and advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs Assist with dispatching repair orders to technicians when needed Ensure an excellent customer experience by delivering on-time, high-quality service Attend team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills 2+ years dealership Service Advisor / Service Writer experience REQUIRED Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or other domestic brands strongly preferred Dispatch experience is a PLUS High school diploma or GED required (post-secondary automotive training a plus) Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills Professional appearance with a friendly, outgoing personality Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Computer proficiency (CDK experience a plus) Team-oriented, dependable, and highly organized Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities within the dealership Ready to Grow Your Automotive Career?
