An established Gastroenterology practice near Kansas City is seeking a physician to join their turnkey practice with immediate patient volume following the recent retirement of a longtime GI physician. Rather than spending years building a patient base, you'll inherit an established panel and join a growing four-physician GI team supported by an experienced APP network and an efficient endoscopy operation.

The Financials & Perks:

• Guaranteed Base: 650,000 - 700,000 (Year 1)

Practice & Clinical Highlights:

• Turnkey Volume: Walk into a fully functioning, built-in patient base from Day 1.
• Advanced Procedures: Broad case mix including Colonoscopy, EGD, SBCE, and Manometry.
• Manageable Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Balanced clinic and scope days (only 8-10 patients per half-day).
• Call Schedule: 1:4 Call with additional compensation for call duties.
• Visa Sponsorship: Fully open and equipped to sponsor J-1 and H-1B visas (both U.S. and international candidates are encouraged to apply).
