Exciting opportunity for a BC/BE Hematologist Oncologist to join a dynamic team in Fargo, ND! Highlights Join a team of 4 MDs and 3 APCs, with anticipated future growth/expansion Work alongside a caring and attentive team, including nutrition support, a social worker, nurse navigators, behavioral therapists, certified cancer care physical therapists and lymphedema specialists Consultative Call Only: Hospitalists handle admissions and overnight coverage Manage an average of 10-12 follow‑up visits and 2‑4 new patients per day Call Schedule: Approximately 8‑10 days per month Provide care one day per week/month (depending on the week) to other regional clinics Access to Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Genetic Counseling and Palliative Care Participate in Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Conferences Utilize telemedicine/TCON/Virtual Visits and community cancer centers to extend our reach Benefit from our NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant, providing access to cutting‑edge clinical trials Program is recognized as an Integrated Network Cancer Center Program (INCP) accreditation by the Commission on Cancer and we hold a certification from the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) accredited by the American College of Surgeons Epic EMR Compensation/Benefits Competitive salary of $585k/annually Generous benefits package Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation Living in Fargo, North Dakota offers a vibrant urban experience with a strong sense of community and a mix of cultural, educational, and recreational opportunities.
