Human Resources Director

Medical Insurance Position Overview We are seeking an experienced People Services Director / HR Director to serve as the senior HR leader for a healthcare organization. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to drive workforce strategy, employee engagement, talent management, labor relations, and organizational development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as the senior HR advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team Lead employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, retention, and performance management programs Oversee union partnerships, collective bargaining agreements, grievance management, and labor negotiations Drive employee engagement, succession planning, leadership development, and culture initiatives Manage HR operations, compliance, workforce planning, onboarding, and policy administration Analyze workforce metrics and implement strategies to improve retention and operational effectiveness Supervise and mentor HR team members while fostering a high-performance culture Ensure compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Experience managing HR functions including: Employee Relations Labor Relations Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Compliance Performance Management Experience supervising and developing HR staff Preferred Qualifications Healthcare experience (Acute Care Hospital strongly preferred) Union/Labor Relations experience, including collective bargaining agreements, grievances, and arbitration preparation SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications Ideal Candidate We are looking for a strategic HR leader who can balance operational excellence with a people-first approach while supporting organizational growth, workforce engagement, and compliance initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr BlueRose Technologies
