General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Asheville, NC

We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Asheville, NC. This position allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, denture steps including digital dentures, crown and bridge, and comprehensive care, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: Sept 2, 18, 21, 23, Oct 2.
Schedule: Mon-Thur 7:30a-5:30p 1 hour lunch, Fri 7:30a-12:30p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

• Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
• Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

• 2 Hyg, 4 DAs

Requirements

• Active North Carolina dental license
• Active DEA with all schedules
• CSR if required by the state
• Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
