We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced early childhood professional to join our team as an Assistant Director .

As an Assistant Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:

• Support the Center Director in overseeing daily center operations and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, families, and staff.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in early childhood education.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and retaining high-quality teaching staff.
• Help ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
• Partner with teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and promote developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Build positive relationships with families through effective communication, tours, and enrollment support.
• Support administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, attendance tracking, enrollment management, and general office operations.
• Assist with community outreach and marketing initiatives to increase enrollment and strengthen community partnerships.

• Have at least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting .
• Have early childhood education experience (required) .
• Hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred) .
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education.
• Possess excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Are passionate about supporting children, families, and educators in a high-quality learning environment.
