Quality Multi-Family Manager

Quality Multifamily Manager (Level K) – Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) The Boeing Company is seeking a Quality Multifamily Manager (Level K) to join the 777 CI&R Quality team in Everett, WA. The role will manage the 777 CI&R Quality Core team of Quality Systems Specialists, providing program and quality leadership with data and analytics. Responsibilities Manage a salaried team delivering data, analysis, and insights to program and functional leadership. Work cross‑functionally to develop and maintain automated reports and KPIs. Monitor KPIs to identify potential risks and issues. Develop and execute business plans, policies, and procedures to improve performance. Provide education and coaching on the Quality and Safety Management System. Acquire and manage resources and lead process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports. Manage, develop, and motivate employees. Basic Qualifications 3+ years proficiency‑level experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 1+ years experience in Quality Management System (QMS). 1+ years experience with Safety Management System (SMS). At least one year of leadership experience (team leader, temporary manager, large‑scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager). Preferred Qualifications Experience within aerospace/defense supply chains. Experience managing supplier transitions, change management, or supplier development programs. Demonstrated record of implementing successful supplier improvement plans. Experience managing multicultural suppliers, teams, and stakeholders.
