Territory Manager-Remote

Overview Priority1 is a dynamic nationwide company specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are expanding our sales force in Oakland with outside Territory Managers. Position Summary The Territory Manager will focus on new business acquisition, selling and setting up new accounts, and managing account relationships within a small‑to‑mid size business environment. Responsibilities Prospecting new business, including extensive B2B door‑to‑door cold calling. Developing lead generation and utilizing CRM to track activity. Selling and setting up new accounts. Managing accounts you sell. Training and Development New hires receive three weeks of corporate training and additional senior TM training over the course of their career, primarily conducted in Little Rock, AR. The Fast Start Program includes 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management. Rewards and Recognition Achievements are recognized in front of peers and the organization to motivate competitive individuals. Requirements Preferred: 2 years of freight sales experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field. Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended). Natural enthusiasm and energy. Polished professional appearance and demeanor. Determined, team‑oriented mindset. Strong desire for success. Compensation Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance and reimbursements for gas receipts. Medical insurance covered 100% for employees and dependents.
