The ideal candidate should bring strong consulting, presales, delivery leadership, and market expansion experience within modern technology ecosystems. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and practice expansion across Digital Engineering, Cloud, and AI services.
- Lead strategic client discussions, solutioning, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams on presales, proposals, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build and scale capabilities across cloud modernization, platform engineering, DevOps, AI/GenAI, and modern application development.
- Provide leadership oversight for enterprise modernization and innovation programs.
- Mentor high-performing engineering and consulting teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Digital Engineering, Cloud Transformation, AI/GenAI, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Application Modernization.
- Proven experience in consulting, practice leadership, and business development.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience driving enterprise-scale transformation programs.
