Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a Level II Trauma Center and Pediatric Trauma Center environment.
• Float between units as required and manage patient load with a ratio of 1:4.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Respiratory Services.
• Perform and monitor special neurology procedures, ensuring competency in NIH stroke scale.
• Effectively use Epic charting system for documentation and care coordination.
• Participate in weekend rotations and fulfill patient care needs with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in Washington or Compact State.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience in Telemetry or related specialty.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale required.
• Experience in Neuroscience care, including management of CVA, dysrhythmias, and neurosurgery patients.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system and telemetry equipment.
• Comfortable providing care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
