Work focus areas will expand over time to include: Assist in the execution of our comprehensive SEO strategy. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with content and development teams to implement on-page and off-page updates. Email Marketing: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns. Develop segmented email lists and personalized content to increase engagement and conversions. Monitor email performance metrics and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement. Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the experimentation team to design and develop pages and user journeys. Analyze user behavior data to help generate data-driven conversion ideas Analytics and Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Utilize analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements. Prepare regular reports for key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators. Support the PPC team's optimizations and research to support campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Analyze campaign performance metrics for insights to maximize ROI. Qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
