Senior Client Accounting Services (CAS) Associate
We are seeking a Senior CAS Associate to manage client accounting portfolios and support monthly bookkeeping and financial reporting activities in a fast-paced accounting environment. Responsibilities:- Manage monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close for multiple clients
- Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness
- Review junior staff work and provide guidance and feedback
- Serve as a resource for QuickBooks Online and accounting-related questions
- Communicate directly with clients regarding accounting requests and reporting
- Support process improvements, onboarding, and advisory service initiatives
- Utilize cloud-based and AI-assisted accounting tools effectively
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience (ProAdvisor certification preferred)
- Solid understanding of reconciliations and month-end close
- Experience in cloud-based accounting environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Public accounting or multi-client CAS experience
- Experience mentoring junior staff
- Payroll exposure and familiarity with practice management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
