Technical Assembler

Job Opportunity at RPI Inc. RPI Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time position in Racine, WI. The role involves working in a team environment and independently to monitor equipment functionality and report issues to the supervisor. Responsibilities include assembling equipment according to engineering drawings, conducting pre-assembly activities, performing final checks and adjustments, and ensuring high-quality products. The position also requires receiving, unpacking, and transferring materials, proactively preventing breakdowns, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area. Overtime is rare but may be required as needed. Job Requirements: Attention to detail. Able to read and understand wiring diagrams. Ability to read blueprints. Wiring and cable management skills. Desire to learn. Ability to show up on time. Positive attitude. Must work well with others. Mechanically inclined.
