This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: 9a-5p with 1 hour lunch; need Thursdays every other week · Practice Setting: Outpatient · Scope: Physical Medicine · Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks · State Licensure: Active State License · Requirements: Provider must be experienced in the following procedures to be a qualified candidate for the job: cervical/lumbar facet injections, epidural steroid injections, transforaminal epidural steroid injections, SI joint medial branch blocks, nerve root injections Facility Location The fourth largest city in Missouri, Independence is known as the "Queen City of the Trails."
