Overview Sentara BelleHarbour Emergency Department is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department. Full Time night shift (7p to 7A). Location Suffolk, VA Shift Third (Nights) Weekend Requirement Every third weekend Required Call Full Time nurses have 24 hours of required call per 6 weeks. Part Time does 12 hours. The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care‑teaching and health promotion, and evaluation) and the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice, nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing. The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.
