Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable AC & Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential air conditioning systems and household appliances.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers, accurately diagnosing problems, completing repairs efficiently, and maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at every service call.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and repair common household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and other appliances.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Identify defective electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and HVAC components.
• Explain repair findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain a clean, respectful work environment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments safely and correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, parts used, and customer recommendations.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
