Quality InspectorQuality Inspector – Precision Sheet Metal Manufacturing Bonham, TX | 1st Shift $17.50–$20.00/hr DOEWe are hiring an experienced Quality Inspector for a growing precision sheet metal manufacturing operation. We are specifically looking for candidates with previous sheet metal quality inspection experience.ResponsibilitiesInspect sheet metal parts throughout fabrication, painting, assembly, and finishingRead blueprints, drawings, and specificationsPerform visual and dimensional inspectionsInspect incoming materials, components, subassemblies, and finished assembliesUse calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring toolsIdentify defects and dimensional discrepanciesDocument and communicate quality concernsAudit processes for compliance with established QMS proceduresFollow safety and quality requirementsRequirementsPrevious sheet metal Quality Inspection experience strongly preferred1–2+ years of related experienceProficient with calipers, micrometers, and gaugesBlueprint reading requiredUnderstanding of tolerances and dimensional specificationsStrong attention to detailBasic math and computer skillsGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsISO/QMS knowledge is a plusThis is not an entry-level Quality position.
