Required Professional Skills: AI Agent Development:

Strong, hands-on experience developing complex AI agents using platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude. Technical Experience:

Looking for candidates who have worked on more advanced AI agent development, beyond basic prompting or prompt engineering. Multi-Agent Systems:

Experience developing or working with multi-agent AI systems would be valuable. Background:

A software engineering/development background would be preferred. Hands-On Involvement:

Candidates should have directly contributed to AI agent development projects, even if they were not the lead developer. Industry Experience:

Respond to team member and client requests via email, MS teams, or other communication means during core business hours. Active listening skills to understand clients' needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers.
