Indirect Subcontract Administrator II/IIIDPP is seeking an Indirect Subcontract Administrator II/III for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace industry. Work location: Onsite in Kent, WA, Huntsville, AL, or Melbourne, FL Duration: 5 months Terms: W2The Indirect Subcontract Administrator II/III will support subcontract management operations. This role is responsible for administering complex subcontracts and agreements, with specialized focus on large component procurement-including cryogenic tanks and larger structures-as well as long-term agreements, Masters Service Agreements (MSAs), and milestone-based statements of work.The ideal candidate will bring strong contract administration expertise, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high-volume, complex subcontract relationships in a fast-paced aerospace environment.ResponsibilitiesAdminister the full lifecycle of complex indirect subcontracts, from solicitation and award through closeoutManage subcontracts for large components and assemblies, including cryogenic tanks, large structures, and major fabricated hardwareDevelop, issue, and evaluate Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and conduct comprehensive proposal and cost/price analysesEnsure subcontract terms align with prime contract flow-down requirements and company policiesLarge Component & Major ProcurementLead procurement and subcontract administration for high-value, large-scale components and structuresCoordinate with engineering, quality, and program teams to define technical requirements and acceptance criteriaManage long-lead procurement strategies and supply continuity for critical large componentsLong-Term Agreements & Master Service AgreementsNegotiate, establish, and administer long-term agreements (LTAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)Develop pricing structures, volume commitments, and performance frameworks for multi-year supplier relationshipsManage agreement renewals, amendments, and modificationsTerms & Conditions ManagementDraft, review, and negotiate subcontract terms and conditions to protect company interests and manage riskEnsure appropriate flow-down of prime contract requirements, including regulatory and compliance clausesPartner with Legal and Contracts teams to resolve complex terms and conditions issuesMilestone-Based Statement of Work ManagementDevelop and administer milestone-based statements of work (SOWs) for complex effortsEstablish performance milestones, deliverables, and associated payment schedulesMonitor subcontractor performance against milestones and manage milestone acceptance and payment authorizationSupplier & Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key subcontractors and suppliersResolve subcontract issues including performance concerns, schedule delays, scope changes, and disputesConduct regular supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvementPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements, schedule, and budgetCompliance & DocumentationEnsure all subcontract activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulationsMaintain accurate and complete subcontract files and documentationSupport audits, reviews, and reporting requirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experienceLevel 2: 3+ years of subcontract administration or procurement experienceLevel 3: 5+ years of subcontract administration or procurement experienceExperience administering complex subcontracts and long-term agreementsDemonstrated experience with terms and conditions negotiation and managementFamiliarity with milestone-based statements of work and performance-based payment structuresStrong negotiation, analytical, and communication skillsProficiency with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa)Ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience procuring large components or major structures, such as cryogenic tanks, pressure vessels, or large fabricated assembliesExperience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with Master Service Agreements and long-term supply agreementsKnowledge of aerospace quality standards and procurement compliance requirements (e.g., ITAR/EAR)Professional certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM, NCMA CFCM/CPCM, or equivalent)Authorized US Worker - US Citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
